BCG Information Session for Industry/Experienced Hires

BCG actively hires new consultants from a wide range of industries and backgrounds. At BCG Greater China, we count former doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, brand managers, engineers and academics among our staff.
As an experienced candidate, you do not need to have prior consulting experience to apply for a position with us. We look for excellent analytical and interpersonal skills that we believe make the best consultants. Industry/ Experienced hires can join at various levels in the firm, typically at the Senior Associate or Consultant level.
We also welcome applications from consulting professionals for our Project Leader and Principal positions. At the Project Leader and Principal level, it is essential that you have worked within strategy consulting at some point in your career and have managed challenging consulting projects successfully, demonstrating a high level of competency that we require.
